Depression – Exercise

As the days grow shorter and there is less sunshine many of us tend to fall into a sort of depression.  With the holidays approaching stress is an added factor.  Both of these conditions can be combated by taking a few minutes each day to get some exercise.   I like to take a walk.  When I was working in a retail store I would take my 10 minute break walking around the parking lot.  It doesn’t need to be a high cardio workout that brings you up to a sweat.  Just getting out and walking around will boost your energy and outlook.
