Black Friday Stress

Many people love to shop sales and what better sales than the ones on Black Friday?  Those special deals bring the crowds and the stress to an extreme high.  So how can you get through the shopping with the great deals and less stress.

Nerdwallet.com has some great tips for the shopping experience.

Dehydration and low blood sugar add to stress.  Make sure you carry some water and healthy snacks and consume them frequently.  Wear comfortable clothes and especially shoes.  Take breaks.  Find a place to sit for a few minutes.  Maybe sit in a restaurant with a cup of tea and a meal.
